Fixed: Knowledge Grid variables and Orchestrator menu issues

🐛 Fixed

Knowledge Grid - Node Design

• Variable Type selector: Resolved issue where the "Type" dropdown in the Variables tab was displaying PHP code instead of user-friendly options when adding variables with "+ ADD VARIABLE".
• Cross-workspace consistency: Fixed problem that affected all 3 workspaces uniformly.

Orchestrator - Data Forms

• Menu descriptions: Removed technical code 'OW00014' from Data Forms menu descriptions. Menu text now displays cleanly at the database level without technical identifiers.

⚡ Improved

• User interface: Variable configuration interface now shows proper type options instead of backend code.
• Menu clarity: Orchestrator Data Forms menu is now cleaner and more professional without technical codes visible to users.
